Working Principle of Air Curtain Fume Hood
01
When the fume hood's exhaust is turned on, the toxic and harmful gases generated by the experiments inside the chamber are discharged through exhaust outlet D and exhaust pipe B under the power of the exhaust fan.

The unique air curtain system forms an air curtain C on the lower side of the viewing window when the fume hood is in operation, blocking the air flow exchange between the inside and outside of the chamber. It not only prevents the toxic and harmful gases in the chamber from spilling out but also stops the indoor air from entering the fume hood, forming a relatively closed chamber space.
When the fume hood is exhausting, the steady flow valve and the air curtain work to maintain a stable negative pressure mechanism inside the chamber. The outdoor natural wind enters uniformly from pipe A through the diffuser and is guided to the front side of the chamber, forming an air curtain-style stable air circulation.
